We are pleased to bring you the 21st edition of repast.
Edition 21 includes a wide array of tales. Our trusty wingman, Colin Gaetjens joins us to eat and drink our way through Paris and the greater Burgundy region, including Chablis and Beaujolais. We get to taste our way through a plethora of 2023s at some of the finest addresses. The whites are ripe but with good energy. The reds are a little like the vintage of 2000, generous and inviting but with the requisite depth to age gracefully. A family trip to Greece rounds out this issue and, as much as we like to think of Colin as family, he wasn’t invited.
