The vines were planted in the 1960’s. A fresh and vibrant nose of green apple, flint, white peach and biscuit. The palate is detailed and focused, with a fine line of minerally acidity. It is really classy, fine of bead and creamy of mousse. At just 1 gram of residual sugar it is dry and the finish is chalky and long. JH 2023
