This is a back-vintage Chablis from the Museum cellars of William Fèvre. This is sealed under Diam and all of the bottles are in splendid condition, with barely evolved colours. A blend of the1er Cru vineyards of Montmains, Vaillons, Côte de Léchet and Beauroy. An inviting nose of citrus blossom, rockmelon, white peach and lemon. There are some classic Chablis seaspray notes too. The palate is full and direct. It has good line and fruit intensity and finishes with citrus freshness. JH 2024
