A fine and complex aroma of wheaten biscuit, lemon, white peach and aniseed. Good richness and detail in the mouth. Nice acid line. Layers of flavour, creamy and precise. Classy. This is Chauvet’s Tête de cuvée Champagne and it is outrageously good value for money for a Champagne house’s top offering. This is 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. JH 2024
