This is one of the great cuvées of the Côte des Blancs and the 2015 does not disappoint. It’s much more open than the 2014 was at the same stage; pulpy textured and pure-fruited with white peach, nectarine and almond-like characters leading to a gentle, pithy grip on the chalky, saline close. It’s a super-classy wine with the power and breed of a top white Burgundy. Rob Walters.
