This is Coonawarra Cabernet with Barossa Shiraz, a nod to one of the greatest blended wines Australia has ever produced in the ’62 Penfolds Bin 60A. An expressive nose of ripe. briary fruits, dark chocolate and vanilla spice. The palate has flesh and plumpness from the Shiraz and structure and line from the Cabernet. It has excellent flavour intensity and perfectly ripe tannins carry the finish. JH 2023
