This is a back-vintage Chablis from the Museum cellars of William Fèvre. This is sealed under Diam and all of the bottles are in splendid condition, with barely evolved colours. A blend of the1er Cru vineyards of Montmains, Vaillons, Côte de Léchet and Beauroy. Aromas of smoky mineral, pure white peach and lemon. The palate has Chablis tension and all sorts of delicious lemon and lime flavours. There’s a sprig of mint and so much saline minerality to the finish. JH 2024
