This wine has seriously good texture and build. There's nuance here too and its subtle. There's a faint whiff of flint and saline mineral. Another sniff might reveal freshly cut granny smith apple and grapefruit. Each sip engages and it a wine of such calm containment. The finish is precise and ever so long. A great dry white, one of our favourites of the year. JH 2023
