A really engaging nose, that is both savoury and highly-perfumed. It smells of a rose garden, all plant matter and black earth. Fruits are of the cherry persuasion and there is something meaty playing in the background. It is fleshy yet contained and each sip invites another. Structural elements are present but just behind he fruit at this stage. JH 2021
