2019 Albert Seltz Pinot Gris is all estate grown fruit from the village of Mittelbergheim in Alsace. It has expressive aromas of spiced pear and smoky mineral. The palate is unctuous, yet fresh and vibrant and cut with the saline tang that Albert Seltz is famous for getting in his wines. It is lovely with mildly spicy food, and delicious on its own, with each sip inviting another. JH 2021
