This is beautiful Barossa Cabernet. It has such pure cassis and blueberry fruits. There’s a touch of mint and tobacco and it is fleshy through the mid-palate. It has excellent structure and build, as perfectly ripe tannins carry the finish on and on. It spent 12-18 months in 30-35% new and seasoned French oak. Delicious now, can age for a decade or more.
