Simply brilliant Barbaresco. It has a gorgeous, highly perfumed nose of rose petals, cherry, raspberry, pomegranate and Indian spice. It is perfectly ripe and beautifully proportioned. There's just the right amount of flesh underpinned by moderate chalky structure. Length is excellent and it drinks so well young but has at least a decade or two of cellaring up its sleeve. JH 2022
