The 2019 Suau Sans Soufre Rouge is a delicious, medium bodied red from Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux. It is 100% Cabernet Franc and 100% delicious. There are spicy red berries, light florals and a hint of earth. The palate is velvety and juicy. It is clean, bright and energetic. Made with no sulphur, it is here for a good time, not a long time, but it should drink well for another 2-3 years. JH 2024
