A nose of waxy lemons and smoked minerals. Beautiful fruit flavours at its core. Great shape and drive. Focussed and minerally, layered and long. So beautifully balanced and fresh under screwcap. Vinified in concrete and spends 12 months on lees, giving it textural build. JH 2024
