It is Merlot dominant, with a little Cabernet Franc and Malbec to make up the blend. It has a vivid purple colour. There are fresh cassis fruits with some cedar, tobacco, mint and earth. It is full and round in the mouth and possesses ripe tannins and good freshness to the finish. Jeb Dunnuck says it is “a classy, balanced style that's perfect for near-term drinking” and that “ It's well worth seeking out and would be one heck of a house red”.
