Produced from three prime old vine parcels within Fournier's holdings in Marsannay's future premiers crus, the 2020 Marsannay Trois Terres Vieilles Vignes unwinds in the glass with notions of sweet cherries, violets, orange rind, spices and petals. Medium to full-bodied, layered and velvety, it's supple and concentrated, with lively acids and a long, saline finish. This is a terrific bottling. William Kelley.
