2020 Domaine Thomas Morey Bourgogne Blanc

It comes off 5 parcels within Chassagne. It is aged 50% in oak and 50% stainless. The nose has exquisite white peach, fresh lemons and a whiff of flint. The palate has great volume and richness for its level, with a finish that is fresh and persistent. It is so good now but has the stuffing to age for 5 years. JH 2022
