2020 Louis-Claude Desvignes MORGON Chateau Gaillard

Relatively tight to begin with, showing a hint of plum and briary red fruits. There's spice with air and the palate is deep and direct. It has plenty of plant matter and fruit and tannins are perfectly ripe and supportive. There's granite-like minerality to the long finish. JH 2021
