This one is 45% Chardonnay, 40% Gewürztraminer and 15% Pinot Gris. A lovely nose of freshly cut fruits and flint. The palate has plenty of fruit, think rockmelon, guava, peach and lemon, but draws in tight and finishes with excellent cut. There's loads of minerality here and a bone dry finish. Very satisfying.
