Has a highly perfumed nose of raspberry and cherry, smoked meats and tobacco. It is generous of flavour, yet detailed and possesses a high degree of elegance. There’s a fine line of minerally acidity and a touch of earth to the back end. There’s lovely balance and proportion. This is a classy Chianti Classico, one of our absolute favourites year in.
