We flipped the crown seal off to reveal a nose of lemon and ginger with light florals. It is 11.5% and fermented to bone dryness. The palate is super fresh, with invigorating bubbles. It is cloudy but clean, this is Dave’s Cooper’s Pale Ale for the vinously inclined. The finish has saline mineral tang. There’s zero sulphur here. JH 2021
