2021 Domaine Armand Heitz Bourgogne Blanc

This was the last white to be picked, on 29th August, and has been vinified all in wood but none new. Pale lemon colour, reductive nose, not as fresh as some other 2020s. Cleaner in the mouth, but the reductive element followed by a slightly confected waxiness is only quite pleasing.
