2021 Domaine Francois Carillon 1er Cru Puligny-Montrachet Champs Gains

Aromas of freshly baked bread, ripe peach and melon and ginger spice. It is full, layered and sappy. There's good depth of flavour and nice mineral detail. It is quite generous and giving and time in the glass unlocks florals. It has very good length.  JH 2024
