2021 Domaine Lignier-Michelot Gevrey-Chambertin 'Cuvee Bertin'

With 100% whole bunches, the 2021 Gevrey-Chambertin "Cuvee Bertin" has a crisp, tertiary, slightly smoky bouquet that opens gradually,  It's always defined by the stems at this stage.  The palate is medium-bodied with light tannins and black fruit laced with tobacco.  A pinch of black pepper, eases off towards a more elegant finish.  Moderate lenght. Fine.
