2021 Domaine Lucien Jacob Bourgogne Aligote

Really good. There’s lovely and bright lemon fruit and some white flower action. It has enough depth of flavour and the finish is crisp and minerally. It is very refreshing. You can drink now with pleasure or give it a few years in the cellar. This is all estate grown fruit from the hills behind Corton. It is sealed with Diam. JH 2023
