2021 Domaine Thomas Morey Bourgogne Blanc

This has to be one of the best values in white Burgundy out there. Comes off 5 parcels within Chassagne. It is aged 50% in oak and 50% stainless. There is pure white peach and green apple fruits. It has a touch of spice and nice detail. The finish has some mineral and lemon freshness and it has really good persistence.  JH 2023
