There's no artifice here, just Nebbiolo purity. The nose is rose petals, raspberry and earth. The palate makes you think of paisley. It is bright, vivid, red and highly perfumed. There's flesh and substance and tannins that are moderate and supportive. It engages the whole way through and is a thoroughly enjoyable bottle of wine. JH 2023
