Andrew (Ox) Hardy is an intuitive winemaker and thought Fiano would be well suited to this vineyard. He wasn’t wrong. This ’21 is bone dry, with fresh notes of lemon and white flowers. It is direct, linear, crisp and has so much saline mineral tang and weighs in at a modest 12% alcohol. A wonderful wine. JH 2021
