Perfectly ripe briary red fruits. There's some ironstone lurking. It has mid-palate flesh, but is contained. There's an earthy/savoury edge to the wine, gravelly tannins and perfect balance. It is a fresh and joyous wine to drink, with moderate chew to the long finish. JH 2022
