The grapes are sourced from a clos at the back of Champs Martin, vine plantings are high density and the wine is deeper and more concentrated than the standard bottling. It glistens in the glass like a ruby jewel. The nose is so inviting, with the scent of fresh violets, a whiff of smoke, some black cherry and Asian spice. The palate is plush and velvety. but possesses awesome mineral definition. It builds and expands and has a myriad of fruits and spices. JH 2024
