Tight and linear to begin with, but breathes up beautifully in the glass. There are cherry and dried plum notes along with some mint, tobacco and sage. It has good fruit intensity and underlying saline mineral and earth. It is deep and penetrating, chewy and long. Should age particularly well. JH 2024
