2022 Domaine Jean Fournier Bourgogne Blanc 'Origines'

An intriguing white Burgundy, made mainly from Pinot Blanc and Pinot Beurot. It is all Domaine grown fruit of a Marsannay vineyard. There is some guava exoticism here. It has white peach too, with plenty of spice. It is round and fleshy, and some mineral tension draws it all in finishing fresh and dry. It is a really delicious drink that is superb with a wide array of dishes. JH 2025
