2022 Domaine Pascale Rion Delhautal Clos Vougeot, Grand Cru

This is from the Petit Maupertuis lieu-dit that lies on the Flagey-Echézeaux side of Vougeot, just below Grands Echézeaux. It has rich blackberry and dark cherry fruits. It is sappy in the mouth with loads of floral spice. There’s excellent depth, it builds and oozes minerality on the long finish.  JH 2024
