2022 Domaine Rebourgeon Pommard 1er Cru ‘Les Charmots’ MAGNUM

This is a stony, low yielding vineyard that can only be worked by hand. Yields were so low in 2022 here, that the Domaine decided to bottle in Magnum only. There were just 155 Magnums produced and we have secured 24 of them. The wine is deep and intense, with highly perfumed black cherry fruit. It is rich and fleshy but light on its feet. There’s a line of minerally acidity and a finish that is powerful, expansive, and so long.  JH 2024
