There’s some 1850’s vines material in here plus Grenache off a 1901 planted and 1906 planted block. It has the most delicious core of raspberry fruit. There are violets and spice notes too. It is silky and supple and simply glides over the palate. Tannins are perfectly in check and supportive and there’s a kiss of minerally acidity to the finish. JH 2023
