This is essentially a vintage Champagne and over-delivers in spades. The current release is based on the excellent 2019 vintage. This is a vintage that Clotilde Chauvet rates as one of the best she has experienced. It is 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier. There’s freshly cut apple and toasted almonds on the nose. The palate is vibrant and approachable, with real depth and finesse. It is a great example of the vintage. JH 2024
