Was one of two Champagnes to receive 5 stars in Gourmet Traveller Wine’s extensive recent Blanc de Noirs tasting. It beat several wines that retail for $250+. We had a bottle yesterday and it is superb. It has a fine, complex and even nose of bread, red fruits, citrus and chalk. It has good richness and depth and beautiful balance. It sits so nicely in the glass, with a fine bead and creamy mousse. The finish is dry and full of subtle savoury nuance. JH 2022
