Champagne Demiere

Based in Fleury-la- Rivière these are Champagnes of real depth, complexity and class. Pinot Meunier is one of the star varieties of the house and the entry level Blanc de Noirs and Rosé have high percentages in their makeup. These Champagnes are deep and powerful, clean, savoury and dry. They spend plenty of time on lees and are some of the most exciting Champagnes we have tasted in a long time.
