Château de Fleys

This is a family Domaine, making exquisite ‘old school’ Chablis. They are clean and precise, with excellent acid lines. Sensibly, all of the wines have been sealed under DIAM since 2012. They are starting to get very good reviews from the likes of Decanter and Jasper Morris MW.
