We use Australia Post and Aramex (formerly Fastway) to carry out deliveries Australia wide. 

If you give us Authority to Leave (ATL) authorisation, your parcel will be delivered to a safe place at your delivery address.

Parcels that require a signature will not be left at your address if no one is home to sign:

Australia Post will take to your local Post Office, and you will need to collect from there (they cannot attempt re-delivery)

Aramex will take to your local parcel connect pick up location, or back to their state depot. You can collect from there or request a re-delivery. Unfortunately, due to the volume they manage daily, they cannot guarantee a day or time ahead of delivery.
