2022 Failla Savoy Pinot Noir

From California’s Anderson Valley this is gorgeous. It has a highly perfumed nose of raspberry, cherry, strawberry and freshly grated ginger. The palate is silky of texture and generous of fruit. There's a suggestion of beef stock and some light florals too. It is balanced and long, fanning out on the finish. It is of 1er Cru red Burgundy quality. JH 2024
