The nose is bursting with fresh fruits, think rockmelon, guava, and gooseberry. It has a lovely flinty/mineral note and the palate is so lively and detailed. It has texture and build and fine acid cut. Balance is exquisite and it is such a delicious drink that works well with a wide array of cuisines. This is a wonderful alternative to Sancerre and one of Italy’s finest whites from Friuli. JH 2024
